Justin S. Linefsky, LCSW
President, Milford Aquarium, Inc
Justin is originally from Massapequa, New York, growing up and spending his life on or near the water. Justin attended Stony Brook University for undergraduate studies in Psychology. He began work immediately upon graduation (2006) at Mercy Medical Center on Long Island. In his career at Mercy, Justin worked a rotation in all behavioral health units associated with the hospital including inpatient, outpatient and residential.

George is married and has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. He studied the biological sciences while at both Millersville University (BA) in Millersville, PA. and Western Michigan University (MA) in Kalamazoo, MI. He enjoys scuba diving and has an Aquarium Diver specialty along with his PADI Advanced Open Water Certification.
In addition to his efforts with the Milford Aquarium where he is the aquariums representative member of AZA, Association of Zoos and Aquariums, he has several years of volunteer experience at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, IL.

Sandra Mihalik has an extensive background in occupational safety & health and in human resource management. She was the Occupational Safety & Health Supervisor and the Consultation Project Manager for Montana Department of Labor & Industry for 18 years (now retired) and managed the Federal OSHA Consultation program for the State of Montana. Sandra managed budgets of nearly $1 million and hired, trained, and directly supervised 10 out-stationed Safety & Health employees. She also developed and conducted training, provided technical assistance, and development of Safety & Health Management Programs.
Secretary, Milford Aquarium
As a former educator and Florida Certified Master Naturalist, he has published numerous articles on natural history and maritime history.
While residing in In Connecticut, Bob served on the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Long Island Sound Study, he was president of the Long Island Sound Taskforce (chapter of the Oceanic Society) and served as a trustee and co/chair of Education & Programs at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, CT. In that capacity, he also participated in the planning & construction of the aquarium.
For his environmental work, he received awards from Connecticut Sea Grant and CT Department of Environmental Protection, Beneath the Sea Dive Show (NY) and Long Island Sound America.
